Meet Coco – The Toy-Loving Terrier with a Heart of Gold 🐾

Poor Coco thought he had found his forever home, so when he was sadly returned to Dogtown, it was heartbreaking for both him and the family who loved him. Sometimes life throws unexpected challenges our way, and despite everyone’s best intentions, there was simply no other option. Now Coco is back with us, and we’re determined to find him the loving forever family he truly deserves.

Coco is a male terrier blend with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He is incredibly affectionate and people-oriented, always seeking out human company and attention. One of his sweetest habits is leaning his whole body against you while enjoying a cuddle or a scratch – as if he just can’t get close enough to his favourite people.

Although Coco is all grown up, nobody seems to have told him that! 😄 He’s delightfully clumsy and still bounces through life with the enthusiasm of an oversized puppy. His tail is in constant motion, wagging at what feels like a million miles an hour.

Coco gets along well with other dogs and enjoys canine company. However, meal times need a little management, so he will thrive in a dog-savvy home that understands how to prevent disagreements around food. We’re actively working on improving his “sharing skills,” and with continued guidance and consistency, he’s making progress.

When it comes to people, Coco is an absolute superstar. He loves going for walks, adores being included in family activities, and is happiest when he’s spending time with his humans.

And then there are the toys.

Coco doesn’t just like toys—he loves toys. All toys. Every toy. The squeaky ones, the fluffy ones, the bouncy ones, the ones he’s already played with five minutes ago and wants to play with again. If your home has a well-stocked toy basket, Coco will think he’s won the lottery.
