Thankfully, a compassionate soul rescued her from near a highway, where she was tied to pillars with a chain too short to escape the rain. Abandoned by someone with no intention of returning, the duration of her ordeal remains unknown.

Despite the harsh circumstances, Kisa’s spirits soared when our team arrived for her rescue. This friendly and affectionate girl delights in pleasing her human companions. Her love extends to other dogs, as she spends a significant part of her day joyfully engaging with her furry friends at Dogtown. Whether playing with a ball or entertaining herself, Kisa’s playful spirit shines.
