Meet Zane

Along with his friend Miller, Zane was found wondering the streets of Hartbeespoort. We tried our best to track down their families but sadly came up empty handed. Now Zane is ready to start his new chapter with a new, forever family.

Zane is a little bit on the shy side, but he is gaining confidence with every passing day.

He discovered a love for balls recently, he carries them around and even started bringing the balls back to his caregiver so she can throw it again. It’s very sweet to see him being so playful.

Zane relies on Miller a lot, especially when he goes out for walks. He doesn’t quite trust all new surroundings just yet but if Miller is with him, he feels a bit braver to explore the unknown.

We would love for Zane to be adopted by a gentle, patient family who can allow him to find his feet. Would be amazing if Miller could be adopted with him, but we know the right home for him will come along.
